Airport Shuttle Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS - All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the airport transfer time. The confirmation of the reservation will be e-mailed to the client once it has been accepted. The shuttle service does not operate outside of Paris (i.e. The service is only available to addresses having a postal code 75xxx). Hours of operation; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Clients are asked to observe punctuality during pick up times. The shuttle service will not be liable where vehicles have to proceed without passengers who have failed to meet the vehicle at the required time agreed between the Agent / Client and the shuttle service. Cancellations / modifications must be made by the client at least 24 hours in advance of transfer in order to qualify for a refund.

CANCELLATION - For any cancellation made by the client, the following cancellation fees will apply : More than 48 hours before the transfer, penalty equals 10% of the total fare, 24 - 48 hours before transfer, penalty equals 50% of the total fare, less than 24 hours before the transfer : no refund.

ARRIVALS - All clients must phone the shuttle service at 01 85 08 06 03 (calling from an international number you must dial: Country Code 33 then 1 85 08 06 03. This number must be called upon landing and before baggage reclaim. Upon calling, clients will be told where to meet the airport shuttle.

LATE ARRIVALS - The shuttle will wait for up to one hour after the flight arrival of inbound clients before leaving the airport. The shuttle service does not take any responsability for late arrivals that exceed this waiting time. In the event of an extremely late arrival clients will, wherever possible, be picked up from the airport at the convenience of the shuttle service. If the shuttle service is unable to pick up the client then any claims of reimbursement should be directed towards the airline concerned. In the unlikely event of an error on the part of the shuttle service, it will undertake to resolve the problem directly with the client and if needs be provide alternative means of transport to enable the client to reach his destination.

STRIKES & PROTESTS - The shuttle service does not take any responsability for any arrival / departure transfers affected by strikes & / or protests in France and it reserves the right to alter pick up times in the event of the forementioned circumstances.

ACTS OF WAR & TERRORISM - The shuttle service will not take responsability for any arrival / departure transfers affected by acts of war & / or terrorism throughout the world. The shuttle service reserves the right to alter pick up times in the event of the forementioned circumstances.

VEHICLES - In extreme circumstances and peak periods, The shuttle service reserves the right to replace their minibus with other forms of transport taxi, minibus, car etc. that will not necessarily be in traditional shuttle service livery.

LUGGAGE - Each passenger may take one suitcase plus one hand-carried luggage free of charge.

Any other items not mentioned above will be charged at the drivers discretion. Any lost property found aboard the shuttle vehicles will be returned to head office. Clients are asked to collect lost property from this address. The shuttle service do not take any responsibilty for any luggage lost /stolen or damaged from their vehicles or during pick up and drop off times.

SMOKING - Clients are requested to observe the no smoking rule on board airport shuttle vehicles.

PARIS NET - Parisnet.net/Parisnet.com and its owner, Karma Labs Inc., take no responsibility for any disputes or claims resulting from the client's transaction with its shuttle service partner. Karma Labs makes no guarantees concerning its airport shuttle service partner. Client further agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Karma Labs Inc. harmless from and against all claims, damages, bodily injuries, losses and expenses which may result from client's use of the airport shuttle service.
