Reserve a Hot Air Balloon Ride - Burgundy

Take off from Vézelay

Burgundy (Bourgogne in French) is known around the world for its Burgundy wines, its delicious cuisine and its rich medieval history. The same climate that makes Burgundy an ideal wine growing region also makes it great for hot air balloon flights.

Just an hour and a half by car from Dijon and two and a half hours from Paris, Vézelay is a small, charming village in Burgundy which is known for its impressive Unesco World Heritage site, the Basilique Saint-Marie-Madelaine. It's also the place where the English King Richard the Lionhearted met with the French King Phillipe August to depart together for the 3rd Crusade in 1190. So if you're planning to visit Burgundy, make the most of your trip and combine your sightseeing, wine tasting and gastronomic discovery with a hot air balloon flight.
