The Footsie Bar takes its name and its novel pricing menu from the FTSE London stock index. During the course of the evening the price of drinks fluctuates with the nightly demand and the big board behind the bar displays the current price quotes of the most popular drinks. Frequented nightly by an upscale after-work crowd in their mid 20s to late 30s.
