Valley is a very popular ballooning base, offering breath-taking
take-off sites such as Chenonceaux, Blois or Chaumont to name but
a few. Travel to the Loire Valley from Paris requires an overnight

Getting to Chenonceaux:
- Train: From Paris Gare Montparnasse or Airport Charles
de Gaulle: take the Bordeaux TGV train to Saint-Pierre des
Corps (1 hour) then transfer to the local train and get off
at Chenonceaux
- Car: from Paris, two hours via motorway A10 (known
as the Aquitaine). Exit at Blois or Amboise
